Returns
We operate a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unused and in a resalable condition
- Be returned with all original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please complete our online form:

Please provide:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without submitting the form first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
You must report this within 48 hours of delivery via the return form:

Please include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Digital/downloadable products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item:
- Submit a return request via the form
- Once approved, return the item
- Place a new order
Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
