Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping details below:

Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing Your Order
Once we receive your payment, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 days. We use reliable shipping services like Royal Mail, DHL, Evri, Yodel, etc and provide tracking for all shipments. Please note that the choice of shipping service may vary, but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated with a link to track your package online.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the optimum shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We aim to make our shipping process as seamless as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

International Customers
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, hence cannot be shipped.

Note: Customer will pay the customs and duties as per their Country Rules and Regulations so you are paying only for the shipping of the good not for the customs and duties at our website.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping charges cover handling, packing, and postage costs. We recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order, as separate orders will incur individual shipping fees. Please be aware that while we take great care with fragile items, the dispatch of your package is at your own risk.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in line with UK consumer law.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window for standard returns, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused and in original condition
    • Items must be returned in original packaging
    • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR ANY RETURN THAT IS NOT DUE TO AN ERROR ON OUR PART, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WE PAID FOR YOUR ORDER WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND

How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please complete our online form: Refund & Return Form

You will need to provide:

    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect)

Returns must be approved before sending any items back.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

    • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
    • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service
    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after approval.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

    • Faulty
    • Damaged
    • Incorrect

You must report this within 48 hours of delivery via:

We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

    • Personalised or custom-made products
    • Digital or downloadable items
    • Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if opened
    • Items that have been used or are not in original condition
    • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty, where required by law)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
    • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Please note:

    • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item:

    1. Submit a return request
    2. Return the original item (if approved)
    3. Place a new order

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift:

    • A refund may be issued as store credit where appropriate
    • Otherwise, refunds will be processed to the original purchaser

Important Notes

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Items returned without prior contact may not be eligible for a refund.

Unsuccessful deliveries

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order to the address that you provide during checkout. If you are unable to answer the door, the courier may attempt again the following day or will leave your parcel at the local parcel shop or depot. The courier will leave a card at your address and/or send you an email/text with an update. Once the item reaches the local parcel shop or depot, the item will be held for upto 5 days for you to pickup. If you fail to pickup within those days the item will then be shipped back to UKIA Ltd. Once we receive the items back, we will issue you with a gift card with the amount you paid deducting any additional shipping cost incurred. This process can take upto 10 days to conclude.

Reasons for Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned as undeliverable due to several reasons:

  1. Oversized Item: Some items are too large to ship to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a street address.
  2. Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will typically be returned to us.
  3. Delivery Restrictions: Certain addresses, such as some P.O. Boxes or Department of State locations, may have delivery restrictions.
  4. Delivery to Prisons: There may be restrictions on items or shippers for deliveries to prisons.
  5. Failed Delivery Attempts: Carriers usually make three delivery attempts. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the package may be returned to us.
  6. Damage During Transit: If a package is damaged during transit, it may be returned to us without delivery attempt.
  7. Refused by Recipient: If a package is refused by the recipient, it will be returned to us.

Non-Returnable Items

Exclusions apply to certain products which include, but are not limited to, the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Delicate, Glassware or any product containing glass
  • Hygiene Products
  • Consumables
  • Ihrams (once opened)

We offer exchange or store credit note for most unused items returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, within 28 days of purchase with a valid receipt and subject to store discretion.

Please be advised all exchanges and credit notes are subject to the condition of the item and store discretion.

This return policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
