All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Our shipping charges cover handling, packing, and postage costs. We recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order, as separate orders will incur individual shipping fees. Please be aware that while we take great care with fragile items, the dispatch of your package is at your own risk.

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale and personalised items are non-refundable.
